Physical Education

At our school, Physical Education is more than just movement. It is an essential part of our students’ whole-person development. We believe that physical activity supports not only healthy growth and physical well-being, but also contributes to a stronger mind and spirit.

Our program emphasizes self-discipline, positive sportsmanship, and mutual respect. Through engaging activities and teamwork, students are encouraged to care for one another, build confidence, and grow in character. In every class, we strive to nurture the human and spiritual dignity of each child, helping them become their best selves, physically, emotionally, and morally.

Our Physical Education program aligns with grade-level standards and offers a well-rounded rotation of seasonal activities throughout the fall, winter, and spring.

Trinity proudly celebrates Sports Day at the end of each school year, bringing our community together to recognize student participation and teamwork.

Building Character Through Athletics
At our school, student-athletes grow not only in skill, but also in character. Through participation in physical education and sports, students are encouraged to develop healthy habits, positive attitudes, and a strong sense of self.

Our program helps students:
• Discover and value their own unique talents and abilities
• Embrace a healthy lifestyle that supports both physical and emotional well-being
• Strengthen relationships by learning teamwork, leadership, and cooperation
• Build character traits like perseverance, self-control, responsibility, and resilience

These values stay with our students far beyond the playing field, shaping who they are as individuals and members of our school community.
